Being a developing country where most of our needs are primitive and crude, less facilities limit the output of any economy. Under such conditions, serving the largest sector of India with the best of what we have is a responsibility more than an honour. A farmers son as per the tradition become a farmer and thus MBF aims at serving generations to come.

Education in India is a privilege only to people with a good earning. The lower economical class thus looks up to its only option agriculture. Fertilizers, land, irrigations facilities etc. cost a lot and thus education becomes a rare commodity. Lakhs of students drop out right from primary schools. It is them that MBF wants to stretch its hand to.

To add to the Problems, Medical, facilities are limited in rural areas. This furthers reduces the standard. MBF aims at raising them.

MBF Socially wishes to engage in such problems for the overall betterment of society. Our free campaigns include scholarships for the underprivileged society, free medical campaigns once a year, providing work and the best of facilities to divorced women and widows along with their children's upbringing. It also includes adoption campaigns for both north eastern state students and the adivasi community with education and the best of the facilities.

MBF has strong foundations on the outside, but it is equally strong on the inside. The staff is under constant series of improvements. We are aware about their developments, skills and interests. we organize yearly campaigns, out of stations, trips, personality development courses lessons on stress management and much more to boost the co-ordination and harmony amongst the workers.

Last but not the least, calling MBF an industry would be incorrect. MBF has been a family. A family who has your best interest at heart, a family who is always ready to serve every issue of yours with an open heart.
